   I love the show and even tape it so I won’t miss any of them. It encourages me not to give up on losing weight even at my age (55). I’ve lost 83 lbs on my own diet program which is a mixture of all the diets I’ve tried since I was 16. I still have 125 lbs to lose. I dearly love the comments you make while you exercise because I feel the same way so you help me just “bite-the-bullet” and excercise no matter how much I hate it. I cheat on my diet because I always think I’m hungry and miss all the foods I use to eat. I plan to try your Organic Liaison in hopes it will make this fat mountain a little easier to climb. Keep up the good work and many many thanks!

   I wish I knew you Kirstie in real life. You are such a caring person and such an inspiration. We need more women like you in this world that we can connect with on a personal level. Thank you for all that you are doing! For women like myself. overweight, sad, lonely, and just struggling to get through a day with out mentally abusing ourselves with all the negative self talk, you are a breathe of fresh air. Laughter is the best medicine for a broken heart. Your show is what I look forward to each week, my own guilty pleasure so to speak.
